MultiWii on Ubuntu

I am currently working on a project to build a micro air vehicle (quadcopter) using an IFC6410 board and MultiWii micro controller. I have the 32-bit linux-based Software download saved on the 6410 board, with executable permission, but I cannot get the MultiWiiConf program to run. The 6410 board is loaded with Ubuntu 14.10. How can I get the MultiWii GUI to display?
