Possibility of one than one serial port on AfroMini 32

I'm considering of using AfroMini for stabilizing my Flying wing.
That means only 3 outputs needed (originally 4 available + one PPM input).
I'm using my scratch-build LRS which is sending MSP_SET_RAW_RC over serial port (but do not need TX direction from AfroMini).
So in addition I could use another serial port for eg. MinimOSD (and maybe later another for GPS).
Is it doable/possible/not too much trouble to add?

There are two, one of which is permanently used for gui comms and another one that's free for gps/whatever.
All of the stuff you mention above will require understanding, editing, and building from source.

GUI comms = (arbitrary) MSP = MSP_SET_RAW_RC?
Is the functionality of other one CLI definable (or only in source)?
Are both 5V tolerant (on before-mentioned board)?
