Can qgroundcontrol be used as a mission planner with the MultiWii Pro?

Simple answer, no because MWC does not use MAVLink.

BaseflightGUI2 Has a a certain level of Mission planner capability but the waypoint feature set isn't included ine Harakiri firmware yet
