Multi wii 328P D3 Pin not working

Hello all
I am having trouble connecting my quadcopter fans to my multiwii 328p. i have the ESCs connected to these pins.

D3 (not working)
although my D3 pin seems to be failing unlike the other 3. all other fans run up to speed while this one jitters. what can i do ? please help me! is there a way to switch pins?
