Naze32 Rev5 schematic / 3v3 Regulator part number needed.

Post by MikeDalton »

Hi all,

The switchmode PSU on my quad crapped out and fried the regulator and diode on my Naze32 board.
I could really do with the part number for the 3v3 sot23-5 regulator next to the motor output header and also the sot23 diode that sits between the 5v line on the header and the regulator next to it.

The problem is that I can only power the micro over the USB port but if I do it bleeds a couple of volts back into the motor header and tries to power all my accessories connected to it, If I connect a Lipo (through my new switchmode PSU) I get about 1.9v on the 3v3 line.

Can't seem to find a schematic for this board anywhere, if anyone has one I'd be grateful for a copy.

Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers, Mike.

Don't know exact PNs but there are many generic 3.3V regulators in a SOT-23 package. Almost all are compatible. I would chose one that has a low drop out (LDO). Check DigiKey or Mouser for regulators.
Same with the SOT23 diode.

Replacing the old diode with a bat54c fixed the board.

Good the fix was that easy.
The BAT54 is a nice generic silicon diode.
