Naze32... MinimOSD communication questions

Okay, I'm in the process of connecting a MinimOSD (Whitespy version), and I need to get a better understanding of just WHAT data is transmitted and received by way of the tx/rx ports on the middle of the Naze32 board... as well as WHAT data is received in by way of the FrSky telemetry port on the edge of the Naze32.

1) By connecting main battery voltage to the Naze32, will that voltage be transmitted to the MinimOSD for display by way of the Tx/Rx?... or is it only avail for display by connecting main batt voltage directly to the MinimOSD?

2) Using a FrSky D4R-II receiver... and connecting to the FrSky telem port on the Naze32... is the RSSI of the FrSky Rx received and transmitted out to the MinimOSD by way of the Naze32 TX/Rx ports?

*This would make for very simple and clean wiring of the 2 boards... Most of the connection diagrams that i've found show what seems to be alot of redundant voltage and RSSI connections


Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

KV_Team_OSD_GUI lets you choose between ADC or MWii input for RSSI, Main voltage and Amperage (and any mix you wish).
Of course, depending on your choices, the corresponding signals have to be provided either on the MinimOSD or Naze32 board.

I'm trying to figure out if the KV Minim OSD would show RSSI from a Spectrum satellite connected to Naze 32? Can someone confirm or deny?
