First steps - Unable to properly arm the quad

Post by tobbyfrederico »

Hello guys,

I have just built a quadx with the following setup:
4x 1000kv motors
mpu6050
Arduino nano
1000 min speed
1100 speed when armed
2000 max speed

I dont have a RC controller yet, so i`m trying to use EZGUI to test my quad. I`ve setup AUX1 when high to arm the quad. When I activate AUX1 High and move the throtle "stick" down, the motors go crazy :/
They start spinning, but on the EZGUI motors page, they are oscilating the speed in a random way, going even to 1800.
Am I doing something wrong?
There is another way to fly it ( just to test) without a proper RC controller?
