MultiWii

As a newbie to Multiwii I need some advice on setting up the throttle on my flight controller.After setting up config h to the best of my limited ability I have found that the motors don't start to run until the throttle is at 45%.After some advice from Kbev the speed controllers were recalibrated using the esc calibration in the config h but didn't change anything.
The speed controllers and motors are Multistar,radio is a Taranis.Minthrottle 1000,maxthrottle 2000 ,mincommand 950.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

After scouring this forum for a possible answer I found somebody else on page 4 of the general discussion area experiencing the same problem.
When originally programmed I used Multiwiiconf but had trouble getting it to run recently so started using wingui which without realising it was causing my problem.Now back to a functioning Multiwiiconf and my problem seem to be fixed.
