Multiwii Flying Wing with GPS Setup Configuration for Newbie

I was able to make a DIY homemade multiwii board out of arduino nano with MPU6050 gyro/accelerometer also bluetooth was hooked up and was working fine so any fine tuning in the PID will be easier, im planning to install a GPS only after if maiden flight will be successful.Planning to install in a scratch build 48" flying wing.

Problem is im looking all over the net to look for any tutorial on how to setup/configure a multiwii for a flying wing including a good PID setting and havent seen any, hoping for any kind heart to assist a newbie like me.If there was already a existing forum for such kindly link up here, i'll update my project as soon as if there will be any progress, this could also be use by other fellow newbie like me.

probably best to use patrikE's airplane implementation - it has gps support specifically tailored to airplane purposes.
Can always be found in his branch over at the googlecode repository.

thanks..actually im using his firmware in the photo.but not sure if the PID and some settings need to change, all i know is the "Flying Wing" need to uncomment, hope someone can share their stable PID

For a flying wing you can start with P=2 and see if you need to decrease later.

due to limited motor that i have, D2822/14 1450kv and D2822/17 1100kv,and will be using 1600mah 3s battery only, i think its better to have a 40 inch wing span only.

Then decided to alter the design of FPV40 by schraut5 http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1530968 added a 6inch blunt nose to accomodate the camera infront, also play around with the measurement to have a low wing loading, hopefully it will fly slow.cut 2inch from the trailing edge of root chord to adjust the CG also cut 12inch for the propeller bay.i use 3mm foam as base and will add 10mm foam as kfm3 and will do 75% and 50% kfm3.
