CAM Pitch on AUX 2 with multiwii 2.3

Hello all,

I am trying to get my AUX 2 to controll my camera pitch servo. My board is a crius multiwii lite, In the GUI i can see all my RC channels working But the AUX 2 wont controll the Pitch.

In previous Firmware versions there was an option in the sketch to define AUX 2 for the Pitch along with the servo settings for the gimbal, These options seem to have disapeared, and moved to the gui. But i Still see no option to set AUX 2 for Cam pitch.

I know i could buy a PPM converter and get all aux channels but the copter is very light and compact and i want to keep it as is.

Any tips would be great!

Open the servoTab in the Gui.
There you can select centerpiont value or Rc channel with the slider.

The slider have Dual Ranges.
Pull the slider Max left and it will switch Range to Rc channels.
Max right to return to center positions.

Ok ill give that a go in the morning, but isnt the default channel Aux 3, before you could change it to Aux 2 in the sketch.

Is it not goning to be looking for a signal from Aux 3 when the slider is max left?

There's no default settings for channel.
Default is 1500µs for center.
With the slider you can select any channel to control the Tilt/Roll

How do i select a channel with the slider, is that not simply to set the mid point?

When you select a Rc Channel the servo position will follow the value of the channel.
A Mid value will be used as a Fixed servo position .

Not obvious but smart when you know the function.

I have had another look today but it is Strange.. I dont have the sliders like you posted in your picture... i have attached a screenshot of what i have.

Have i missed something?

My picture is Just to show the different Rates.
Try to pull the sliders labeled MID in your screenshot lower than 1200µs.
Don't forget to set Servos Live .

It is definatly a strange way of doing to though, maybe they should put some text in the black area explaning how it works.
