Noob question, vcc?

I am planning on getting the HK 328 board, but I am trying to figure out how the heck this thing is powered.

This manual doesn't seem to explain it. I have plenty of experience with arduino and even some with plain AVRs but I don't see anything obvious...

Ask your dealer, HK should provide all relevant information to set up the board properly.
