i tried to use the Tx trims but i doesn't help...
is there any way to do that?
how to compensate on driffts?

Reduce vibrations. But quad will always drift a little.
Re: how to compensate on driffts?
i found how to do it - this is from the MW FAQ:
4. Now trim the ACC mode.
Don’t touch your trims on the transmitter.
Give full throttle (must be >1900)
With the help of your roll and pitch stick you could now trim the ACC mode.
full PITCH forward/backward and full ROLL left/right (2 axis possibilities) will trim the level mode according to the neutral angle you want to change.
The status LED will blink to confirm each ticks.

Re: how to compensate on driffts?
Not sure if this is relevant or not, but:
Make sure that the neutral position of your sticks (with trims centred, too) is as close to 1500 (in MultiWiiConf) as possible. (esp. Roll and Pitch)
You do this with the transmitter sub-trims (if you have them).
All joysticks have at least a bit of mechanical hysteresis, so even if you get them to be 1500 exactly, when you allow them to center from various directions, they will not return to exactly 1500 again, but that is unavoidable.
