Firmware 2.2 question

I flashed the new 2.2 on my board X quad and I get the middle bright green LED constantly blinking non stop. What does it mean? How do I resolve this?

I don't understand what this means from the FAQs.

The LED is permanently blinking: it indicates a wrong connection between I2C devices and the Arduino (maybe a switch between SCA and SCL lines)

what happens when you connect to the gui? do you see anything? i believe this can also mean that you have sensors enabled that dont exist or are the wrong type.
