PM in this forum is dead?

Hi,
for the last couple of days I could not send PMs.
All end up in the outbox folder but never get sent.

That means your recipient not visited forum since when..

couple of days - like Alex himself...
confused - I thought PM was sent immediatelly if possible, outbox is something like waiting to be outsent.
