How to calibrate the magnetometer

Who can tell me how to calibrate the magnetometer?

1. press the mag calibrate in the gui.

2. for the next 30 sec or so when the led is flashing, rotate your copter 360 deg around each axis (and all around for good measure).

3. when the led stops flashing, it's done.
