Tried installing a Cirus 2.5 board.
It's been almost 2 months and I still can't get mine to fly right

Or even takeoff right.
I'm frustrated beyond belief at the moment.
My first build with a HK 328P board took me a month but it went flawlessly..
My second and 3rd builds are not working at all and I based them off my first build same FC same motors same quad (brain) esc.
First build was a gift for a friend and he's still happy flying it, I flew it for two weeks before handing it over.
Please see this thread for instensive background: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=5605
I'm now on a brand new FC new RX got rid of all the otehr problems and still cannnot fly it.
It idles properly and evenly.
As soon as I barely lift it off the ground it suddenly powers up and shoots straight up about 15feet in the air and I have to throttle it down (all the way down) and crash land it to keep it from climbing out.
It's like it goes full throttle on it;s own soon as it's not in contact with the ground not flipping or any thing all 4 motors too much power right straight up.
Is this normal for stock settings on a 450 size?
URGH!
Anyone else ever experience this?
I've been studying.fighting for months now, I don't get it.
Frustrated.
