Cannot Connect To Naze32 -- RESOLVED

Naze32 full. About a week old. 2 Flights. Latest drivers. Latest firmware. Latest Baseflight. Windows Ultimate 64. Everything in Device Manager looks normal with no errors reported. Tried several different USB ports. Tried several different USB cables. Still cannot connect to Naze32 board.

The last time I tried to connect to the board (2 days ago) it all went fine. No issues. Also, aside from an inability to connect via USB the board seems to function perfectly. The board boots OK and responds to the Tx. But when attempting to connect via Baseflight it reports:

19:28:23 -- Running - OS: Windows, Chrome: 37.0.2062.120, Configurator: 0.54.2
19:32:20 -- Serial port successfully opened with ID: 3
19:32:30 -- No configuration received within 10 seconds, communication failed
19:32:30 -- Serial port successfully closed

OK. Turns out the FC was partially bricked. No USB. No Bluetooth. No nothing. Fortunately it was under warranty and the retailer sent a replacement. I even purchased a second unit for another project (and as a backup =).

CP2102 (USB to Serial) is fried most likely. If you plug your USB to your computer and touch the CP2102 a chip right next to your USB port and it gets hot it's busted.
It's my second one that went out on NAZE32 board for no reason at all. Probably use low quality Chinese chips that are not reliable.
Try using BT adapter and connect with your phone. You can buy those on eBay or banggood.com
