Hi to all first
So I have MWC MultiWii SE V3.0 and I would like to connect to it a GPS I am novice so I am little confused
Let me put some schematics of the board itself:
Now I would like to get a GPS to it and the one I had in mind is this one:
http://www.banggood.com/GY-NEO6MV2-Flight-Controller-GPS-Module-For-Arduino-EEPROM-MWC-APM-2_5-p-915384.html
It’s cheap and it seems to be OK
So the question is do I connect it directly to the FC or I need this ( http://www.banggood.com/Crius-MultiWii-MWC-I2C-GPS-NAV-Navigation-Plate-Module-Board-p-81891.html )
Also I don’t know do I need compass and is it possible to have GPS and Compass working as this board has only one I2C as I understood.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Why I want to do this is to get the possibility of the quad to hower and to have some kind of return/home and autopilot. So I don’t know if that is even possible with this board.
Thanks in advance

I2C can handle several devices.. and yes, you absolutely need a compass.
If you want to stick with that flight controller, get the I2C GPS adapter.

Arakon thanks for fast replay
So what you say that on this board I can use
1. http://www.banggood.com/Electronic-Compass-Module-Three-Axis-Magneto-Resistive-Sensor-p-926151.html
2. http://www.banggood.com/GY-NEO6MV2-Flight-Controller-GPS-Module-For-Arduino-EEPROM-MWC-APM-2_5-p-915384.html
Also do I need 1 or 2 of: http://www.banggood.com/Crius-MultiWii- ... 81891.html
And how do I connect them if 2 as I have only 1I2C on FC
And can you tell me what the hell is this: http://www.banggood.com/GY-26-Electroni ... 90951.html
Thanks!
Also can you check this and tell me if I corectly understood that is has GPS and commpas in one device : http://www.banggood.com/GY-NEO6MV2-Flight-Controller-GPS-Module-For-Arduino-EEPROM-MWC-APM-2_5-p-915384.html
I know that I am nagging you but my budget is limited so I cannot to afford do buy stuff that will not work!

You need just one I2C adapter board. You just hook both devices to the same pins, I2C devices use different addresses to know which one is being accessed.
That GPS you linked to does not have the compass. This one does: http://www.banggood.com/Ublox-NEO-6M-GP ... 28633.html

I am pretty sure you don't need an adapter board. The pin out for that FC shows that it has a serial port(gps goes here) and an I2C port(compass goes here). Just make sure whatever gps/compass module you get is the right voltage, the pinout says 5v, some devices are 3.3v.
