Help: Falls over before takeoff

I really need help, I'm lost here to a solution. The video pretty much says it all. But here is the deal:

I'm using the MultiWii PRO Ez3.0 (Mega 3) with the 2.3 firmware from Witespy ( http://is.gd/GYS6aH ), where the board is bought (aswell as LEDring)
It seems ok in MultiWiiConf (unless i missed something? See video)
It flew well in worked in 2.2
Updated to 2.3
Flew after some fiddling.
Installed a LEDring.
May have worked with it or not, not sure.
Suddenly a day this is how it behaves...
...and im totally clueless to why.

What i've tried so far:
Reflashing 2.3 (with cleaning EPROM first)
Disconnecting GPS module
Disconnecting LEDring module
Calibrating ACC
Calibrating MAG
Calibrating ESC (with ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY)
Checked COG
Checked radio (see video)
Checked motors (see video)

I notice that it flips to different sides each time, so maybe not a bad ESC, motor, prop. The flip looks pretty deliberate on the part of MW so something must be wrong in the config.

Did you try taking off in acro mode to eliminate any levelling errors?

Yes, the majority of the tests in the video is in acro mode :/

Not seeing any data coming through on the gyro in the GUI shots, it's just 0,0,0 whereas you're getting healthy data and a little noise on the other sensors.
Also, the 3D model to the right is showing flipped upside down.

Looks fishy to me.

Yes, very possible that you have the wrong flight board defined in multiwii.h
Check the file from MW2.2 against the file for 2.3
