slanted setup - how to re-align the sensors?

Post by benedikt »

hey guys,

Im trying to rig up a slanted micro FPV quad. It has the motor mounts tilted forward in a 25˚ angle, so that it is flying forward when the frame is level, and the camera is pointing straight ahead.
To be able to hover, I calibrate the board angled backwards, so that the props are level.

My problem: yawing in a hover is inducing a roll to the same side. I assume thats because the board isnt sitting level.

-> Is there a way I can adjust the sensor alignments?
I found "#define FORCE_ACC_ORIENTATION" and " #define FORCE_GYRO_ORIENTATION", but that looks like I can only change the orientation completely.

Any ideas?
