Stable vs Acro, how?

I read a lot of people speaking about acro and stable mode, but how can I set this modes?
I want to do my first fly with a stable mode, that seems less crash-prone than acro one. I got a freeimu 4.3 with mag baro gyro & acc.

I guess there's a way to switch "autolevel" on/off using aux1, how?

Asign one free switch on your Tx ad set in GUI for example AUX 1 to High for ANGLE.

That's for stable mode or autolevel? (or both? is the same?)

That is for stable. Acro is default mode.
