Unable to arm

I have Multiwii mini. But I can't start engines.

I had the same problem.
Try to map a channel to the ARM signal with the MultiWii-Conf tool.
Use this signal to start the engines. If it works you have the same problem like me and I dont know how to solve it

I had a similar issue, my transmitter was not getting full throw. I had to increase the ration to 120%. Also check #define MINCOMMAND 1000 just make sure your min throttle is below 1000, according to your vid it looked like it was OK. Good luck.
