help downloading and conecting to multiwii pro -- solved

im an absolute beginer and bought my first turnigy talon tricopter with multiwii pro board and associated gps unit

although it was second hand and ready to fly , i do have a basic knowledge of flight

firstly
im no expert when it comes to programing or computers to be honest but im keen to learn and develop

so
i downloaded multiwii config and the PORT COMM is closed
im using windows xp on a laptop

im a bit stuck here and is hoping someone can help ???

There is a driver required for the USB port on the flight controller.
