i GOT problem with my quad x when i power it up then all looks fine like this:

when i put the trottel up and hold the copter in level on the table then it looks like this:

the copter is total unstable and i cant get it stable the copter is calibrated and the i was balancing the props and but is still really unstable
maybe somebody can tell me, what to do to find the problem.
