Help!! CRIUS MultiWii CONNECTION DIAGRAM!!!

Hi. I am making my first quadcopter. I purchased CRIUS MultiWii Lite http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MWC-MultiWii-Lite-lightweight-version-4-axis-flight-control-board-QUADX-X4-/220907041736?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item336f15f3c8&clk_rvr_id=305443102823. I am VERY new to RC.

Can you give me any connection diagram showing how to connect the ESCs and the receiver? Along with that I also have a few queries :

1. Where does the MultiWii get power from? I have ESCs with 5V BEC. Will they power the MultiWii?
2. Is programming compulsory? What drivers are required? Which software? Which cable? (Can you provied a link?)

All the connections are labled on the PCB

They are UNDER the Conformal coating so difficult to see

Then you use the disgram for your type of copter for the ESC connections

My X is Simple right in a row TH, Rol, Pithc, Yaw, Aux1, LF frnt, Rt Frnt, Rt rear, Lft Rear
