How small the quadrocopter can it be?

Hello,

J wont to make an quadrocopter, but j wont to make a small one based on arduino wii motion plus and nunchako, how small can it be? or maby j can make only big quadrocopters based on this electronics? can j make a quadrocopter like walkera UFO 8# or a little smaller?
