Can different profiles setup different failsafe's?

Post by Cereal_Killer »

I have a photo shoot this weekend where I'll be flying very low and over live animals (horses). It's not a problem to take 5 minutes in the CLI and change FS settings manually but it got me wondering what it would take to make the different rate profiles be able to effect failsafe as well.

For example usually (doing NDVI shooting) I fly about 120-150m and so I have my failsafe set to 1420uS and to run for 15sec, I'll probably lower it to only run about 3-5sec for this weekend. Again not complaining, it's not a problem but it sure would be cool to have the FS change with the profile.

Maybe for safety it would automatically be setup on all 3 profiles after you set the first one up (without any user input) but then we could set them up differently.

Ok well after typing and before posting I went out and tried it to be sure, neither multiwii (on an arduino) or cleanflight (nave32) works like this, it's a single set of FS settings across the board, what would it take to add it?
