Hi, I have a problem with my Quadrocopter. With the LEVEL while holding the position, but the wind is still leaning in the direction of the wind. Furthermore, if I want to go faster, so the copter leans in the direction of flight and can not be compared, so I copter crash.Another question.What do the red marked items in the PID settings?

I'm not sure i understand this, please try to rephrase.
and finally, switch to multiwii 2.2 as soon as possible. 1.9 is incredibly old and many problems with it are fixed long time ago.
