What is your settings for FPV?

Post by man1024 »

Im new to Multiwii, flying FPV and looking for other examples.

As of right now for version 2.0 my settings are:

RC rate: 1.2
RC expo: 0.65 (default)
Roll Pitch Yaw rate: 0.2

everything else by default

hello,

im a bit new to multiwii my self, but my quad flys really smooth and stable with these pids...
perfect settings for fpv, as that was my plan.
but im just throwing this quad arround for a bit of fun at the moment :)
and the pids are a bit high for that i think...

if your aircraft is different in any way these pids will not be correct for you,
but it will show how far i have turned some stuff up...

here is a link to it flying... http://youtu.be/KT1OqMLIH1Y

good luck,

simon.

Simon, if you want to throw it around, but also have nice and stable, change your stick scaling (the Rate values to the right of the Roll and Pitch D values) from 0 for roll and pitch to .3 or so. It scales down roll and pitch PID in proportion to stick input.
