Control of Throttle, Yaw, Pitch, …Through out RF link instea

Hi every one
I wish to command Throttle, Yaw, Pitch and other stick control with serial protocol instead of radio RC remote (TX). I find in internet many hobbyist combine the cheap joystick with cheap RF module such as nRF24 and XBee and gain wide capability of RF link and free micro resource for reading and calculation the RC channels.

Any one have clue or experienced
