The tail servo is super sensitive and is shaking a lot , the tricopter is almost not flyable .
I tried to change pid without results. Also the front motor make a very strange noise that stop if I take firmly the yaw mechanism , I double checked prop motors ecc, and everything is ok.
The same hardware was ok with a kk board.
