How to register for this forum?

Hey guys,
a friend of mine wants to join this forum, but said he couldnt find registration link.
I logged off and couldnt find one either.
What are we missing?

It's near the bottom of the board index page, not the top.

Hi,
I can't see register link either.
Only login option.
latest new member is from 1:st juli -17.
Maybe Alex locked for new registration to avoid the spam we had at that time?.

How do we contact Alex? Anyone have his email and can send him a private message?
We need to get this site unlocked so new people can register if this project is to come back to life.
