barometer fluctuation

Hello,
I installed BMP180 on my Flip 1.5 MWC. I also enabled on config.h file (version 2.4). It shows reading on MultiWii GUI.
When I request for est altitude using MSP_ALTITUDE, it gives me negative and different values each time I request. You can see it in some samples below.
I'm guessing Multiwii is calculating altitude from mean sea level pressure? If so how do I get relative altitude (zero when I'm ready to fly) ?
