Weird Altitude Graph

Hello
I have a question
I captured them from EZ-GUI LOG Converter app
Is this normal behavior for Quadcopter altitude sensor ?

what sensor are you using? if baro this is in a way expected. It is very sensitive to any changes of pressure.

Did you cover it with a foam in order to avoid external disturbaces (for example wind)?

Mine still does that even with foam on it. Every little breeze against a house will change the pressure inside. The air pressure near the ground is most easily disturbed because it is at its greatest pressure at ground level. These are reasons why the altitude (baro) graph never settles down.
