VTOL with mwii ?

I have a question.

Is it posilbe to make a vtol plane with MultiWii? I mean, is mWii capable of handling 2 modes.
Where:
mode1 = quadrocopter
mode2 = fixed wing plane // motors are tilted and controled only by throttle, stabilisation, gyros megnetos are disabled..

Not by default.
You need to custom build a mixer to handle it.

It's not complicated but takes some knowledge about the code.

If you can present some info i can probably help you to setup the mixer.
