Having just upgraded to one of the blacked mag editions of the RTF Quads Pro 3 Mega boards, it came with an "EZ" connector for the FC to the RX. Turns out that one of the signal wires (the pitch) had no connection on the end that plugs into the RX. The wire went into the black connector and looked ok but it turns out that the wire was never stripped back to reveal the core and allow a connection with the connector. I am not mad at RTF Quads because I'm sure it was a Chinese manufacturing error. They probably get these things by the thousands from some factory that quoted them the lowest bid. I often wonder how many glitches I read about on this forum are due to the fact that the Chinese factories where most of this stuff is made have little to no QC. I personally have gotten retracts that were non functional and now this.
The board is awesome though and I'm hoping to see if the remote mag on my leah6h makes any difference in GPS functionality (which wasn't that bad before I upgraded.)
