On Mmy Crius AIO Board i have the Connections
GND GND 5V RXO TX0 DTR
On my Cable it says
RTS RX TX +5V CTS GND
5v rx tx ( tx to rx and rx to tx
) & Gnd are clear, but how should i connect the rest ?BRGDS

Hi Folks !
On Mmy Crius AIO Board i have the Connections

On my Cable it says

Would be nice to know, WHAT you want to connect with that cable? Is the usb connector defect?

Checked here with a sparkfun FTDI adapter and a arduino pro mini.
Turn the connector of your cable around and connect 1 : 1
GND_GND_5V_RXO_TX0_DTR
