I found this on the net

1 GND Black <-> GND
3 VCC Red <-> VCC
4 TXD Orange <-> RXD
5 RXD Yellow <-> TXD
6 RTS Green <-> DTR

If you havn't let the magic smoke out and it still does not load you can try pressing the reset button when the binary sketch message comes up on the screen. If it still doesnt load you might have killed your board.

I have killed a FTDI same way...
Flight board survived.

But try to connect the programmer to a nother USB port first.

try hitting reset when the first light flickers on the flight control board.
