y4 / vtail yaw problem

hello

i have this quad in the y4 / vtail form

i noticed that when trying to yaw clockwise the upper back motor stops completly .. yet the craft will not yaw.

counter clock wise there is no problem.

did any one have this problem too ?

From all of my observations and personal experiences with y4 and Vtails, the Yaw in that y4 configuration is not very good. It it totally depended upon torque differential. In my opinion, a simple vtail is best and will yield the great yaw performance.

I converted to traditional tricopter today .. Works perfect .. I guess y4 just cant do it
