Arduino pro mini + ESP8266

Hi everybody, please I want to know if is it possible to connect an esp8266 (or even a bluethooth module) to an arduino pro mini board through serial pins with the last Multiwii software.
I've searched the forum but without founding an explanation; if it is possible how can I set the config file?

Since ESP8266 is an UART based bluetooth module it should be possible to use it. Just connect it to the first serial / UART and the Multiwii Protocol will be streamed via bluetooth. You don't need to change the configuration of Multiwii. Maybe you have to set up the configuration for ESP8266.
