connecting receiver to arduino

hello my name is angelos kyriakou and i try to make quad copter i am newbie with multiwii and i would like to ask where i have connect the receiver pin on arduino and if i have uncomment any from the sketch thanks

the pins from receiver to arduino is A8,A9,A10,A11
