FrSky X8R Sbus
I am running into a wall with trying to use Sbus on my FC using a FrSky X8R. I have updated both my transmitter internal module and Rx to the latest firmware. I'm running OpenTx 2.0.15. I've also tried the latest version from FrSky. I am using MW2.4. I have attached a video showing how things are connected. The board I have is this one from RTFQuads, http://www.readytoflyquads.com/multiwii ... gps-option From my understanding, the board already has an inverter on board so all I should need is a direct connection from my Rx to the board. Here is the video showing what I've done. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxq_Kc ... sp=sharing The ONLY thing I haven't been able to check is if the X8R is outputting Sbus signal at all. I've ordered a new X8R to double check....but I won't have that for a few days to be able to verify.

Complex systems tend to simple failures...
Have you carried out the binding procedure?
Have you selected the appropriate receiver mode due to the Frsky manual?
Have you chosen the right RX_SERIAL_PORT?
Has your dealer provided a manual for the flight controller board?

I have carried out the binding procedure.
I have tried both normal binding and Mode 4 binding, both of which should work.
Port 1 per the dealer
I am going off of whats on the FC page and the RCGroups.com page for the FC

Re: FrSky X8R Sbus
After purchasing another Rx, thinking that might be the issue as another user reported that he had one out of the box that didn't work....still the same problem. Like no signal was being sent. So..I pulled the board off and looked at it and found the problem. This board has an onboard inverter....look in the top left hand corner beside the right pin...
