Can't Connect Crius AIO to Arduino

Hi guys,
I purchased a Crius AIO board from HobbyKing.
I plugged the board into the computer, and the computer detects it and installs FTDI drivers. Although I can see it in device manager, it does not show up as 'COM' port in Arduino for programming.
I have previously purchased a MultiWii 328p, and it works absolutely fine.
Fairly certain that the USB cable allows data, as I have dragged files into other devices in the past.
Have reinstalled drivers.
Any ideas?
