2560 mega pin layout.

Hi, I'm new to the whole multiwii community. I'm trying to make a new project - a quad copter based on a mega 2560 which will have a multiwii FC and then connected to a raspberry pi for other more advanced options.
I've come to a problem, I cant find any datasheet or anything in the code to hint me as to where to plug in each sensor or motor and to what pins, if some one can hint me to some datasheet or some part of the code (because it's big) to where I can see, and also customize it to my likings, beside that seems like an awesome RC code thanks to anyone who helps!

Check in the Ardunio web site for pins names that are used by MW FCs.
Then look up any of the Mega 2560 MW FC boards and look at the docs or pictures for the pin name functions.
