Hi,
I've tried to connect my radio controller to multiwii and after that the green light is on and no blue light.
motors are playing the music once and no double beeping for saying they are ready. Did I blow up the board?

Which MultiWii FC board?
Which MultiWii code version?
On mine the Blue LED comes on during Boot/Gryo cal and then after Arming the motors.
Did you Cal the ESCs?

MultiWii 2.5
I think the code version is the same 2.5
I've measured the frequency on the last pin and it's showing 55hz but I think it should be around 450hz and the middle pin sending 3.3v shouldn't it be 5?
I don't understand the last question

The latest MultiWii code is V2.3.
http://code.google.com/p/multiwii/downloads/listOr is it a MultiWii 2.5 Board? This is not the same as the code version.
So exactly which board do you have??????? Post a link to the board then we will know.

Which pin? What are you actually measuring and why?
I don't understand the last question

this is what I bought
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-MWC-Mult ... 3cd2e9c566 and I was measuring frequency and voltage for D5. because it doesn't send proper signals to motors and they don't beep twice to say they are ready

That looks like a Crius SE board V2.5.
In the MultiWiiConfig program what is the Multiwii Version number that appears in the upper left corner after you click on START?
I was measuring frequency and voltage for D5
Why D5? Isn't D5 only uses when there are more than 4 Motors and not used for a Quad?
I would disconnect all ESCs from the FC, connect the USB to your PC and run MultiWiiConfig to check that each channel from the Receiver is within the recommended values. If they are not then you must adjust the RC Transmitter setting to get the correct Receiver values in MultiWiiConfig. Also, without the ESCs you can check in MultiWiiConfig that the FC board will Arm to motors (ARM button turns green). It will not arm if the throttle input values from the receiver are not correct.
Do one step at a time to setup the Transmitter, FC board, Calibrate the ESCs (without the FC), etc.Follow step by step the setup sequence in any number of MultiWii tutorials.
