Using an Arduino Leonardo, wiring problem

Hi,
until now i had a normal arduino Uno as a FC and it worked quite well.
I patched my ESC to Simonk and wanted to use improved PWM now.
therefore i exchanged my Arduino Uno with an Arduino Leonardo, and,
voila, didn't work:-(
After finding out tha I2C is now where throttle and a ESC was for 324P
i have no clue where to which pins i have to connet now.
I also didn't find any connection diagramms for a Mega32u4 on Berkley blog where all the diagrams are.
can anyone help me or give me a hint? In another forum someone told me to look an NanoWii, but the
pins on the board are named D14, D15 and D16 whci the Leonard doesn't have.
Thanks and have a nice Weekend.
