Controlling Quad without rf transmitter and reveiver?

Hi. i a newbie.

im trying make an autonomous quadcopter for my graduation project, i must also control my quad with bluetooth.

So. how can i control my quad with bluetooth instead of rf controller and transmitter.

Actually if i can understand how rf transmitter and receiver work, i may do this job with 1 multiwii and 1 arduino uno. I can use arduino uno insted od rf transmitter. But how to connect this arduino uno to multiwii.
