Nothing happens on stick movement; MultiWii Conf..

Dear all!
I am building a octocopter, and the frame etc is done. I have started to connect the elements, and now I have one problem;
When starting the MultiWii 1.8 Conf, and connect the correct com port, starting and reading everything is ok.
Apart from nothing happens when i move my TX sticks!




I have done the following:
- verified binding by removing RX and attach a servo and ESc/battery. Movement of aileron stick gave me movement on servo.. -> bind is ok
- Replaced RX with a different one.. Still no valuechanges in CONf on stick movement.
Performed bind test with second RX and bind is ok!

- checked pin 1 and 2 on Fc board with voltmeter. Gave me 4.77V with USB connected.. -> ok..
Removed the cable between FC and RX, inserted only one 3pin servocable using pin 1,2 and 3 on FC board, connected to THRO on RX.. Still no input..
Tried with and without battery AFTER USB connected, still no effect.
I know that both my RX works and binds ok to the TX..
I know that the power on pins used are OK.

I connected my quad using the same TX and USB cable. Multiwii 1.9 works as expected there!
Problem must be between FC and RX somehow.. But what??

I have filmed how it looks and the video is here.. Please note that all values (throttle/aile/elev etc are 1498 and not changing even though I move sticks)

What am I missing? What is wrong?
Ps. Tried using both mac and pc when running MultiWii conf 1.8
FC card is Proflyer.eu based on ATmega 2560

How are you connecting the Rx to the FC? Serial sum PPM? If so have you uncommented the correct lines in the config.h?

It worked before I loaded a new set of sketches..
But I am sure I reloaded the original sketch, so that it SHOULD be as it was..
Will look in the code to see if I can find my answer there...

I believe there must be something wrong with the FC card..

I must get a new one i guess.. I have tried everything..

Hi oterporter,
I saw on your video that you don't see the octocopter on the right on multiwiiconf, only dot with an arrow, and also there are no motor output bars next to the transmitter readings. Is this normal, or it came with your problem with the TX?? I am seeing the same, but everything works fine, so I don't know if it's OK?
