I just received my Paris v3 board and wanted to know if there is anything i should know about connecting it?
my last setup was a dueminalove with an original wm+ and nnchk, i powered my arduino straight from the battery due to its voltage regulator, but i understand i cant do that with Paris board. if i cut the +5v wires of 3 of my ESCs and leave the 4th i should be fine, right?

Hi,
I have the paris V4 board. What you say about the esc connections is correct. You should be ok other than that. Basically your battery only needs to power your ESC`s - and one of those powers the board, and the RX.

I have all ESC's fully connected without cutting the +5v wires.
I don't have any issues with it.

it depends on the esc. those with switching becs cannot be paralleled.
Re: paris v3 board
Instead of cutting wires....
Just solder pins on minus and signal on the board.
leave 5V without a headerpin on three motor connectors.
