Would generic MotionPlus boards conenct the same?

I am having trouble finding Nintendo Motion Plus around my city, though the generic ones teem aplenty.

Would something like this: http://www.amazon.ca/Motion-Nintendo-fa ... 345&sr=8-2
work the same?

It looks the same physically, but I can't be sure of the wiring inside.

That is right. There a lots of clones round. Some work, other do not.
